Manufacturer Defects
If you believe your mattress has a manufacturer defect during the applicable warranty period, please contact our Holland store location. We may inspect the mattress at your home at no charge. If a qualifying defect is confirmed under the manufacturer’s warranty, we will work with you to arrange repair or replacement in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
Mattress Break-In / Adjustment Period
New mattresses require an adjustment period. Similar to a new pair of running shoes, both the mattress and your body may need time to adapt. Some initial discomfort can be normal. We recommend allowing at least 3 to 4 weeks of nightly use before judging comfort.
All Sales Final / Customer Satisfaction
To help keep our pricing lower, all sales are final. Many retailers that offer lengthy in-home sleep trials build those costs into significantly higher selling prices.
That said, we aim for customer satisfaction. If, after at least 30 days of nightly sleep, you are not satisfied with your mattress, contact us and we will review the situation and work toward a reasonable solution. Any accommodation is at our discretion and may involve delivery, pickup, restocking, exchange, or related charges.
Condition of Mattress
We strongly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector. If the mattress is stained, unsanitary, damaged, or otherwise not in acceptable condition, we may be unable to provide any post-sale accommodation.
Please keep all original tags attached. Removing the law tag from a mattress or foundation may void the manufacturer’s warranty and may also affect any ability for us to assist with warranty or sleep-related concerns.
