Return Policies
Defective Mattress
If you discover a manufacturer defect with your new mattress during the warranty period, please contact us at our Holland mattress store location to discuss the issues. We will come to your home at no charge to inspect the mattress. If it’s determined there is a defect that falls under the warranty policy, we will work with you to arrange either a repair or replacement of the mattress at no charge to you.
What if I don’t Like My Mattress?
Like many brand-new products, there is a period of time required to break it in. Just like a brand-new pair of running shoes, you have to both give the item some time to break in as well as your body to adjust to the new item. A new mattress is exactly the same. Studies actually show that many people experience some initial level of discomfort with their new mattress; this is totally normal. Because of this, we recommend a minimum of 3-4 weeks to allow for this adjustment period.
In order to keep our prices down, all sales are final at Affordable Mattress Store of Holland, Michigan. The stores that offer the extended “in home sleep trials” are able to do this becase they charge 2-3X what we charge for an equivalent quality mattress. However, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your mattress after 30 days of nightly sleep, please contact us. We will work with you figure out a solution. There may be additional delviery and/or restocking charges at our discretion.
We highly recommend using a waterproof mattress protector to keep your new mattress clean and sanitary. If the mattress is stained, unsanitary or damaged we will not be able to work with you on a solution. In addition, we highly recommend keeping all original tags on your mattress. If you remove the law tag from the mattress or foundation, it will void both the manufacturers warranty as well as any abilty for us to work with you on sleep related issues.
